Có 2 loại skill (kỹ năng) phải thể hiện trong CV:
– Hard skill: những kỹ năng, khả năng chuyên môn để làm được 1 công việc cụ thể. Ví dụ: SEM, SEO, data analysis, G.Analytics, CRM, copywriting, market research, social marketing, photoshop,…

– Soft skill: những kỹ năng mềm (people skill, social skill,…) cần có để thành công trong công việc. Ví dụ: communication, time management, leadership, teamwork, decision making, problem-solving…
